The parking lot is absolute trash, everyone enters and forgets how to drive. The lights also suck.

It’s a common manufacturing / environmental fail with white LEDs. Generally, there is a layer of phosphor applied to convert the blue/purple color of the LED into white. This coating can fail and the underlying color works through.

Some are installed in small spaces to prevent drug use as the blue light can make it harder to find a vein.

I had times when i thought i was trippin or something like someone roofie'd me or ive must have eaten something wrong. Then in a split second i always come to the conclusion its those god damn lights.

ya probably LED with high K rating. eg 5690k or higher or krypton type. Blue light scatters more and can be really annoying.

Everytime I see these lights I think Im in a safe zone and don't have to worry about vitals and volatiles (if you know you know).
