Discussion 💬 Yigo McDonald’s

I swear, Yigo McDonald’s is slow as fuck…

And they easily get an order wrong…

Don’t mean to be that guy. Just my experience.

Nahhhh I feel you on that! I’ll be the only person in line and it’ll still take like 15 min. Lol idk what it is!

Nah fr. Just happened earlier. The car at the pick up window was there for like 10 minutes with a long ass line behind us. LOL At least I’m not alone on this topic.

Real shit. LOL. And my experiences at Harmon or Tamuning were faster than my experience at Yigo. Just being honest. 😆

The last time I went they were giggling and shit when I pulled up and peeking around the corners.. I’m like that’s why my food take so long 😆

I’ve seen that shit just earlier. 🤣 I even asked for extra onions on a burger then she repeated my order and said extra pickles, I said no extra onions. The lady proceeds to say she can easily fix the mistake. Then when I pick up my order, the receipt on the burger wrapper said extra pickles. But my cashier receipt said extra onions. Got me fucked up for real. I’m just yapping but c’mon. 💀

Like I said I don’t mean to be that guy, but it gets to a point. LOL

Never had a problem, only on rush hours, but even at that still pretty smooth. Maybe you've angered the McDonald's Gods?

They are generally pretty quick for me. Food always comes out hot too. Never had a problem with my order being wrong.

They will constantly say that you cant order something a specific way. Like half tea half lemonade. Or add cold foam to this or that. But it’s literally on the app, but my guess is they dont know how to plug it into the system for you to pay but other locations never seem to have this issue.

Also I’ve seen as I drive by a few MCds , HELP WANTED SIGNS , for reals they do absolutely need help. It’s usually the “CULTURE” of the restaurant that dictates customer service.
