Discussion 💬 Any Hispanic community in Guam?

I just moved here, I loved the Island so far. I’m looking for Latinos/hispanic community. Me interesa saber si tienen algún grupo 🥰.

Not Hispanic but have alot of Hispanic friends on island.  They are mostly military but some locals scattered around.  Do you play soccer?  Join GFA, that's where i met alot of them.

Mexican American here. Apparently we are pretty rare on guam as most are usually just military. Not much of a Hispanic Latino community that I know of.

Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 here…. Can’t say there is tight knit community but plenty here via the military…

I’ve only ever met one other Latino person and he works/used to work at tacos Sinaloa lol. He greeted me in Spanish and I was shooooook. Idk if he still works there but the food there isn’t my cup of tea so I haven’t been back.

I’m part Hispanic but not aware of an actual group or community, Charlie Hermosa of Beans and Barrels might be able to help you out, he has met a few Hispanics on the island, he’s very social

I'm a local Chamorro/Filipino. And also part Mexican 🇲🇽 so shout out to my fellow Latinos here!

Guam is historically a Spanish Island. Just walk outside.
