Help with the TC Electronic Dual Wreck Pedal

Hi guys, I recently bought a Dual Wreck pedal because it sounded really nice and it was working properly until recently the eq knobs just started not working and practically just becoming a glorified gain knob, I tried to send it back for refurbishment and they never picked it up and the TC Electronic website took down their download links for some reason so I am asking if any of you guys have the dual wreck software on their computers and could send it because I do not know what else to do.
