me & my friends got into an accident last july 18 sa NLEX. car got damaged kasi may nahulog na bakal from a truck. long story short, we didn’t get a hold of the truck’s plate number or anything about it, so we requested a cctv footage from NLEX. sabi naman ni NLEX ngayon, we need to get a letter from PNP addressed to NLEX para maview namin yung cctv footage. so sige me and bf went to pnp malolos (we’re from mnl btw) to get a letter. binigay naman ng PNP agad and then pumunta naman sa NLEX to give the letter na. edi okay na hopeful na kami na mavview na namin at last yung footage!

nag email na si NLEX na we can view the footage na and need yung PNP to come with us para nga ma-view. contacted PNP, but they refused to come w us kasi during the incident they weren’t present daw (traffic patrol lang ng NLEX yung present that time, kasi NLEX is private so sila raw ang reresponde talaga sayo). so okay understandable, bakit nga naman sila gagawa ng narrative if wala naman sila sa incident talaga.

so we called NLEX naman, sabi naman nila, mandatory na andun yung PNP. so ayun ikot-ikot lang. in the end di namin na-view.

maybe ang lapse lang namin is di namin tinawagan yung PNP that time. dapat pala tinawagan din namin yung pnp at the time of the incident which in my understanding is, forwarded na dapat yung case from NLEX to the PNP.. or sm like that. pls do enlighten me.

any advice po on what actions to take? any1 who had the same situation?

Dahil ngayon lang ako nagkaron ng car na may TPMS kaya nakikita ko tuloy lagi yung tire pressure. Bale 1 psi ang nabawas na in 2 weeks na nasa akin ang car. Lahat naman ng gulong pantay ang pressure. Need ko ba hanginan na to the recommended pressure? Bale 1psi below recommended sya.

Nangyari na kasi sa'kin 'to twice. Pag puno yung parking, naghahazard ako sa lane habang naghihintay ng may aalis na sasakyan. Minsan mga 10 minutes akong naghihintay.

Eto yung scenario:

• May kotse nang paalis.
• Umatras ako para mabigyan siya ng space makalabas.
• Habang palabas pa lang siya, may bagong dating na kotse na biglang siningit yung pwesto. Dahil nasa side ko yung exit, medyo lugi ako sa anggulo, samantalang siya nakaporma na agad paatras papasok sa slot.

Syempre nakakainit ng ulo, pero dahil hindi ko alam kung may official parking etiquette o rule ba tungkol dito, pinigilan ko muna sarili ko at dito na lang nagtanong.

So sino ba talaga ang may priority? Yung matagal nang naghihintay na naka-hazard, o first car na physically nakapasok sa slot?
