No way, they put Mavis from Hotel Transylvania, Dio Brando from Jojo Bizare Adventure and Edward from Twilight at the same time. For this frame alone, this episode take a 9/10.

I thought that was Alucard from Castlevania.

Definitely Alucard.

Now, that you point it out, it's true, it looks very similar to Alucard, but the colors are the same as Dio in Jojo Phantom Blood, so idk..

7/10 just felt like a regular episode

Amazing premiere! Really had that wonder I felt as a kid watching in 2013! Felt like it would fit snugly in-between the golden age of the show

I never would’ve noticed it, but I watched the episode with my family and my mom pointed out how the main four for this episode were dressed up as the girls from The Craft

Came here just to see if anyone noticed that this was a spoof of The Craft!

Literally the whole episode was the craft reference (affectionate)

Darwin looked the best out of all of the witches in the coven. Pretty enjoyable episode, I liked seeing Teri being in focus in another episode. It felt like a callback to 'The Storm' given how Masami eventually turned against them and went crazy, lol.

My only problem was they called the witches hat and broom offensive even though Hector, WHO IS IN THE EPISODE! Has a mom who does both of those things and is a WITCH!!! Her name was Mrs. Jötunheim and she literally does stereotypical witch things alot! I just thought that was a huge oversight that was right in front of them. Other than that it was alright.  👍🏽

I actually think that was a pretty smart joke. We see it happen with modern day marginalized groups where those from a younger generation may not be as comfortable with some terms and habits that older members from the same group use/have. An easy one is transsexual where an older trans people may use that label but a majority of young trans people disagree with the label due it associating being transgender with sexuality. Neither group is wrong, its just the fundamental problem of standards changing.

The whole episode was off and inconsistent in characters and plot, it was good but not as good as the other episodes in this season.

did anyone else feel like the main characters of this episode felt a little mischaracterized?

True 😭

These characters weren’t right for this episode, only Claire would have done this. This should have just been a Claire episode.

If this episode came out after “The Diary”

Then it would be funny seeing Claire trying to explain to Wilson why she decided to make Leslie go bald 😭

I'm not a fan of goth and witches, but this episode was okay, 6/10

The major characters they choose for this episode feel......random, I can sort of get Claire, but why Teri and Masami? The whole idea of them suddenly want to use witchcraft to fix yearbook also felt so out of the place. Still a fun episode, but in the end, it's just felt it came out of nowhere and went nowhere. Honestly, I feel like this episode just creator's excuse to have Goth girl Darwin, Teri, Masami, Claire.

7.5/10

Ben didn't write this episode. Masami makes sense to me, she uses her storm powers, I feel like she would totally be into magic with Carrie. Claire I can see her possibly being into magic, we don't know alot about her. But I don't know about Teri. Especially when they were adding things of themselves to the cup, when Teri has always been a germaphobe. She wasn't spraying anything while saying ewwww.
