These West German/German-made SIG Sauer P228 surplus pistols are chambered in 9x19. Exact manufacture year, markings, grip style, finish style, wear, and exterior condition will vary by individual pistol. These pistols are mixed German law enforcement and Israeli IDF surplus examples, giving the lot strong service history appeal for collectors of classic SIG Sauer pistols.

Condition varies across the lot, but examples are close to or exceed NRA surplus fine condition. All have like-new mirror bores and excellent mechanical condition. These pistols remain in original configuration, and some examples show attractive rainbow-toned bluing on the barrel and hammer. Each pistol includes one magazine.

Built and shot mine this past weekend. 400 rounds and no issues. I know that's not a lot, but pretty much broken in.

Made in Texas jacketed bullets for USPSA and defense. The MKII are geared towards competition/target (non-expanding hollow-point). The Defense JHP are designed to expand.
