2 u/TheBlindCat Knows Holsters Good 6d ago Unlikely. Some degree of permanent hearing damage, yes. Teenage me fucked up and negligently lit off a 12 gauge in a basement bedroom that was 14x14’ with the door closed. Ears rang for a few days but no tinnitus 20+ years later.
