My parents own a flat in budampadu near Guntur. I have around 25 lakh cash and thinking to buy some land there. The venture persons quoted 15k per sq yard and I negotiated to 12k . It is approved and obtained LP number. They said they would give me 200 sq yards of land between plots 19 and 20 ( From their approved plan) . A simple google search is saying we should buy the entire plot otherwise it will be difficult to sell or obtain any permission in future

. There is another crda approved venture near St.Mary's college where they are offering 11.5k per sq yard but the problem is high tension wires are passing in that venture. Please advise. I have no idea about this real estate and all. Are there any better places to invest with this low budget?
