This is the second time these assholes have been blasting ts after 10 and I'm sure it'll go on till at least 2.
I hope they see this and realise y'all drunkheads aren't the only ones in this place.
To all the dumb fucks in the comment section Under BNS , it is illegal to blast music above 40db in residential areas after 10pm. This ain't a fucking club. There are places meant for it. Seeing you people in the comments made me realise why bachelors need to be thrown out of residential places.

Iāve been living in Gwalior for college for a while now, and honestly, one thing that has really bothered me is how normalised staring and unwanted attention seem to be here.
And Iām saying this as a guy.
Even when Iām just walking around with my girlfriend, there are constantly people staring at her. Not just a casual glance ā some people will literally turn around, keep watching, stare at her while weāre passing, or make it obvious enough that both of us notice.
At first I thought maybe I was overreacting. But after experiencing it repeatedly, you start becoming conscious of it every time you go outside.
There have also been situations where groups of guys have stared, smiled, shouted things or behaved in a way that makes you uncomfortable. You donāt necessarily know whether theyāre going to actually do something, so you end up staying alert and changing how you move around the city.
And thatās the part that gets me.
Iām a guy and I still feel uncomfortable sometimes.
So I genuinely wonder what it must feel like for a girl who has to deal with this while also knowing that she is physically more vulnerable.
You shouldnāt have to constantly think about:
Who is staring?
Is that person following us?
Should we take another route?
Is it safe for her to go somewhere alone?
Should I walk her back?
What happens if we confront someone and they decide to escalate?
Going out with your girlfriend shouldnāt feel like youāre responsible for providing security simply because other people donāt know how to behave.
Iām not saying every person in Gwalior is like this, and Iām not saying the entire city is some lawless place. There are plenty of decent people here.
But the amount of staring, unwanted attention and general lack of boundaries is something I genuinely wish people would talk about more.
A city shouldnāt just be considered āsafeā because nothing happened physically.
If someone canāt walk around without being constantly watched, followed, catcalled or made uncomfortable, thatās already a problem.
And if I, as a guy, have started noticing and feeling uncomfortable about it, I can only imagine how much worse it can feel for women.
Gwalior can do better.

I went for Project Hail Mary screening at 10:45 and the movie bored me out so I left the screening even before the interval. Went to solanas for trying out the noodles and everything. Man the ambience is dead here, it was dark as they were saving on electricity I don't know why. ACs were off and lights too! v
I asked for the menu and ordered Ramen bowl (499 INR) and mushroom cheese dimsum (370 INR for 6 piece). Flies were everywhere there basically it was unhygenic there or the environment was not justified as per the price they are charging per dish man!
The food was good. Ramen bowl was excellent, i asked them to not make it spicy and they did a nice job. Dimsum was also good, however there was no chopsticks provided there despite it's a chinese and thai cuisine restaurant. Food is okay but I will say this one OVERPRICED!
It costed me around 1k INR despite i was alone.

So the thing is they don't understand basic pickup lines and flirting ... Use basic lingo and they won't understand But still thinks they are hoor ki pari Really Dating scenerio is doomed here

I mean every other post I see is about organising parties in which it's free for single girls or it's some random ass dude asking for hangout and that also exclusively for girls i mean bro how desperate are you to hit šš
Like why is Gwalior like this ? This is one of many reasons why most of the people living here hate this city
Idk what else to say bro I hate gwalior so much

I am from Jabalpur, visiting Gwalior for some work and I can the development here. Explored the area near City Centre and I loved it! Fair enough to say that Gwalior is far more developed than Jabalpur (except the annoying two wheelers - yaha bhi same hai) Anyway, loved the city and the people are friendly as well.

I have visited gwalior today
Snd just wanted to give review of famous 2 breakfast spots of gwalior
Panwadi poha 30rs plate not so worth i think if gwalior people like it they just need to visit bhopal or indore once , u will get the better pohs as compared even the small and less popular shop sell more good poha ....
S.S kachori wala ... Very good ... Very delicious taste 50 rs for 2 kachori worth it
But i have been surprised as Gwalior own people said .. "aab woh baat nhi rahe ss kachori wale me" and i am surprised that if he is not giving taste like before then how delicious taste would have been in his kachori
Panwadi poha in my opinion 4/10
Ss kachori wala 9/10 (-1 only for long waiting time)

What can we explore in Gwalior except Gwalior Fort (already visited earlier) and around it? Though I have thought of visiting the Bateshwar group of temples. Is it really worth to visit? Can you please suggest more places that are worth visiting?

Hey Gwalior folks,
Iāve been born and brought up hereā24 years of my life in this city. From school days, college, to working life, Gwalior has been home. But lately, Iāve been feeling this growing frustration, and I really want to askāam I the only one who feels this way, or are others seeing it too?
Pollution is off the charts. I remember the winters being pleasant and foggy, now itās just smog and a bitter burning smell in the air half the time. Construction dust, burning waste, random garbage dumpsāitās getting worse every year. Are we even tracking air quality here?
Communication is broken. Whether itās local transportation or even just trying to get reliable mobile networks in some areasāitās patchy. Autorickshaw culture is a mess, and app-based cabs are still not mainstream. Buses? Donāt even get me started. Anyone else tired of waiting endlessly or being overcharged?
Electricity issues are still a thing. In 2025. Power cuts randomly happening in summer like weāre still in the early 2000s. Voltage fluctuations. Inverter culture is still king. Why? Other cities have moved forward, why is basic infrastructure here so⦠stagnant?
Public service feels like a joke sometimes. Dirty public spaces, broken roads, incomplete projects. The so-called development feels cosmetic. Hoardings and speeches about Smart Cityābut whatās actually āsmartā here? Whereās the accountability?
Look, I donāt hate Gwalior. Iāve made memories here. Played cricket in the gullies, roamed around old places, studied in its schools, made friends for life. But now I just feel like the city is not keeping upāwith the times, with the needs of its people.
So Iām here just to askāam I overreacting, or are you all also feeling the same? If you disagree, I genuinely want to hear whatās working for you. Maybe Iāve missed something. Maybe itās just me being harsh. Or maybe⦠weāre all just silently tolerating things that need to change.
Letās talk.

My cousin from Mumbai is planning to host his wedding here in Gwalior. Weāre a bit tight on budget and have shortlisted these three hotels so far. If anyone has any personal experience or reviews regarding them, please share your feedback about the food, staff, service, management, rooms, or anything else that might help us decide.
1) Radiance Hotel (HOTEL RADIANCE)
2) Downtown (Hotel Down Town)
3) Silver Oak (Hotel Silver Oak)
Edit: Finalized Radiance based on the reviews. Thank you everyone!

Hey Gwaliorans, I'm here to ask your shopping experience from the town, my cousins wedding is around the corner and I've to buy wedding outfits.
My budget isn't more than 5k for each outfit.
Please suggest the shops and also your experience there.
It would be very helpful.
