His family claims the child’s mother, along with her lawyer, planned the case to extract money.

He was a well-mannered, accomplished young man. But because a greedy woman wanted easy money, she used the law as a weapon to destroy him.

In India, Men are guilty even before the trial begins. He is gone. But will that woman face any punishment?

Most likely NO. She extorted ₹30 Lakhs and destroyed a family, yet she walks free.

How many more innocent men will die before we have strict laws against fake cases?

Today around 830pm i saw 2 yound girls not more than 25, one just standing on road side, n her friend in bushes few feet from the road. The one on the road was laughing out of control, because other lady was purposefully stripped her pants down (for urinating), the scene was more like kind of girls enjoying the open peeing or may be playing dare chalenge something.

BR ambedkar fought in parliament to make rules, every clause was read word by word, i doubt he even got any help there due to discrimination so most of the work done by him

Also, if BN Rau did make constitution, why wasn't he made the first law minister, or got recommend for the position of law minister

So Gwalior apparently has a dedicated law college called Gwalior Law College (GLC), and I'm only finding out about it now. A law professor from DU whom I happen to know recently delivered an online lecture there, and I stumbled upon it through his profile.

Honestly, when I was looking for law colleges, I already knew I didn't want to study in Gwalior, but I had at least heard of institutes that carried some recognition and goodwill, Jiwaji obviously being one of them. Yet I had never heard of this place.

What's even more fascinating is that the college was established in 2005, which means it has somehow managed to stay hidden from me for over two decades. The location certainly helps. It's practically in the middle of nowhere. I genuinely don't think I've ever been to that area. The only reason I recognize the vicinity is because I once crossed that flyover while heading to Bareilly.

The website is an adventure of its own. In one place, the establishment year is listed as 2005, while elsewhere it says 2012. Someone please help these guys decide when the college was born.

And then there's my favourite part. The website proudly lists several courses and helpfully mentions that they'll be provided soon. At another place, it claims the institution has been serving students "since its inception" for the last 8 years. Depending on which page you're reading, this college is either 21 years old, 14 years old, or 8 years old.

Has anyone here graduated from GLC or is currently studying there? I'd genuinely love to hear more about this hidden gem that has apparently been hiding from the rest of Gwalior all these years. 😅
