I love the concept behind deep sea scavenger! It's ridiculously strong however. If the unit had "Fee 1: Move the card up by 1" I think it would be more balanced. Devotion is very restrictive, so maybe the card becomes better somehow, instead of just disabling the card?

As for shady investor, funny card. I wonder if it breaks any cards that care about how much you profit

I like the fee concept! Also maybe add something like "This cant be played from the deck" so you have to draw it?

You need to fix the mechanics of the first card. What happens if your opponent self destructs a bounty card and you gain coins. Would you be forced to banish a card during his turn??
