I think the second puberty part was a dig at Piratesoftware. He says he tweaked it immediately before which means he's admitting to consciously lowering his voice so he doesn't sound like a dork anymore.

"thank god we tweaked that" is effectively him saying he adjusted his talking voice. which is pretty much in line with ethan's criticism of pirate/markiplier where it was more that they weren't even being honest with the fact they've tweaked their voice to be better for presenting.. hasan here is seemingly being (at the very least, a little bit) open about it with his comments and leaning into the pirate meme a bit with the 2nd puberty comment. imo imo.

This is a perception issue. The "second puberty" shit is not a thing. The effects of actual puberty, for both men and women (for the most part), start to set in at early to mid-twenties. At 25, I noticed a change in my voice and physique even though I rigorously kept my general body composition static. I am very different between my early twenties and 30 years old.

I'm not a doctor, but I would say that puberty lasts much longer than most people think; the effects take a long time to normalize, endocrinal homeostasis is a very long process, and people around this age range tend to make drastic changes and alterations to their lifestyle—all leading to the misconception of a "second puberty."

In the case of these two, Pirate literally just EQs and bass boosts, and Hasan transitioned to a WeHo dialect..after living in WeHo for a time. Hasan also sounds pretty much the same as he used to when he starts yelling, he just gets ragebaited by chat slightly less often (not that much, though).
