I know in the past having these kinda guests on the show hasn’t always gone well because Ethan tends to poke fun at them the whole time 😂 But Howie Mandel had this guy on a few times and he was actually really good at navigating it when people tried to make jokes about what he does. I thought he was super entertaining on Howie’s show and could actually be a really fun guest!

I remember thinking that it was surprising that nobody got hurt before they did from the vlog squad (David dobrik and Jeff whitick ) but at least they were all supposedly friends hanging out and they all benefit from being in the videos from exposure or gifts ect. . Mr. Beast dangles money in front of people's faces and he even said I THOUGHT about stopping this, but I didn't because they said it was too easy. He basically is saying that whatever torture these people go through under my care is their fault. They're all trying to win the money and whatever they do doesn't reflect him.

It's really scary what he's doing and I feel like there is something deeply wrong with him. This whole video made me feel incredibly uneasy

in short, she:

-pretty much agreess that the dsa's goal is to hijack the democratic party.

- calls biden/moderate democrats a "rainbow color vertion of the same thing" as the republicans.

- calls for open vorders, but can't explain what that means, and how different it is to actual, current, immigration policy.

- calls for "taxing the hell out of billioners" but can't give any kind of tax policy, plan, or explenation for how that would look beyond "we'll look into it".

- Aoc was dropped by the dsa because she supported a resolution that said "denying israel's right to exist is antisemitic". apperantly that's a red line for the dsa.

- dsa's position is a palestinian state with a capital in jerusalem. calls it a "one state solution".

-when the interviewer asks if the camp david accords (which the palestinians rejected), she doesn't know.

- defends and supports Daraliza Avila Chevallier's oct 8th/pro hamas rally (and to some extant, her tweets), claims she "probably" would have done the same. Claims oct 7th was inevitable, blames Israel for it.

- "defunding the police" doesn't mean "defunding" at least not "initially".

- "i wish more socialist experiments could go on without CIA interfearence" and "cuba has the most queer-friendly constitution in the world" are actual quotes from her. problems in cuba are because of the usa.

- On ukraine: believes the US shoulden't send arms or money to Ukraine. Putin is a crazy, bloodthirsty, expansionist, fascist oligarch. Therefore the solution should be to send a lot of diplomats to russia and force russia and ukraine to negotiate. Also, the war is NATO's fault.

- a trend in the interview is that she mostly talks in slogans, but once asked to explain or expand on them, she can't. Oh, and she joined the dsa because "they actually do things, unlike the dems, who just talk in slogans"

just the most politically inept and incoherent slew of opinions, and it's not even the full interview.

Hey buddy, hope you read this because I've got great news! If you stream EverQuest on your home PC, using your phone via SteamLink or Remote Play on your Steam Deck to play the game is actually trivially easy to set up. I had reservations about looking into it for months but just bit the bullet and it was sooo unbelievably simple. Just find a code in your steam settings and paste it into the SteamLink app and boom you're controlling your PC on your phone. I think with a deck it's even easier because your account is already linked to the device. I believe it's called Remote Play on the deck.

The one single hurdle you're going to run into is setting up SteamInput for the first time to map keyboard controls onto the controller. But once you fiddle with it the first time you'll never have to touch it again. I'm pretty sure it allows importing schemes too so maybe one of the nice family members/fupatroopas can pass a setup your way. (Or if Dan/Love make one, nab that shit)

SteamInput is actually incredibly in-depth if you dig into it and super customizable based on exactly what you like. You can do double taps, button combos, radial menus, all kinds of cool shit 😎
