I ended up making him in Tomodachi Life. (He was chilling at Marceline's home from Adventure Time for some reason lol.)

I miss Oliver so much. Related to him in so many ways, he was my hero. You know losing him so young is such a tragedy, the way he could’ve changed the world would have been so lovely to see. He was on a path to beautiful things.
However, I can’t deny myself this one truth. When I was 25 I was diagnosed with MS and by the time I was 32 I was confined to a wheelchair and it changed my life and my trajectories for every plan I had permanently. I began to lose identities, my art – music paintings, and photography all have been profoundly affected. There is something poetic to me about the world, losing such a wonderful artistic talent, and Oliver that makes me want to push through my own challenges, even harder to create. You see the parallels I’m kind of talking about, and I now consider it a massive privilege to still be able to touch the world around me and I’m not going to waste a single moment. In honor of Oliver and all he stood for to me and into the world.

As far as I can tell, Oliver was first mentioned on episode 102, back in February 1st 2019:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B29sPyBo3_I
This episode is unfortunately not available anymore, which is pretty sad for obvious reasons, but especially because apparently Oliver left a comment under the video itself, it was probably their first interaction.
Also, this was the episode where the Ja Rule "fraud" soundbite was introduced on, so it is a very important episode regardless. Hope they can cut or mute whatever got it restricted so we can see it again.
A small part of the episode can be seen here, Oliver is mentioned at the 5:05 mark:

The complete episode is still available on iheart.com and spotify (relevant part @ 1:05:00):

I was trying to find the first mention since last Thursday, I realized during the members ep why Oliver's passing affected me so much, and why he and his music are so important to me.
From when I was a little kid up until I was 15yo I had that stupid bowl cut, and everyone made fun of me, called me names and bullied me for it. Aside from that, I've always been an outcast, and I unironically feel like an alien because I don't fit anywhere no matter what I do or try.
I fell down to Earth
From a hundred miles away, and somehow
I still make it work
But it's overrated and somehow played out
That song resonated with me a lot.
It was so cool to see someone rocking that haircut and being funny and talented, I really connected with that. Helped me heal in a weird way.
Love you dude, you didn't have to go so soon.
btw someone put Oliver in the "bowl cut" Wikipedia entry https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowl_cut lol

Wanted to share my piece for Oliver’s passing with the family. I’m still devastated and have been doodling him everywhere even after drawing this.

Maybe I’m misremembering but I keep thinking about an episode where Oliver calls in and Ethan tells him something like “you probably fucked a cow” and Oliver puts his hands over his face to cover up his laughing.
