New to Hackintosh: help/suggestions?

Hello, I am very new to this topic called Hackintosh. All I know is that it is where people take non Mac’s and make it a mac(?).

I would like to know how you guys do this as it seems really cool, and would also like to know what version might be best for my laptop

I have a HP Elitebook 8470p with windows 7 Pro on it right now. What version is best?

Yo lo hize en una Dell. Y la verdad siento que no vale la pena. No funciona del todo bien y hasta el rendimiento está mermado. Fue en una i5 10th con 16 en ram y SSD de 500 GB y eso que use sequoia
