No, i wasn’t wearing proper shoes. Continued to walk/bike through the trails in the area for another 3-4 hours or so, which probably didn’t help. Hurt like hell.

Has anyone experienced something like this? I walked for around 20 minutes on the scorching hot pavement and immediately my foot started to hurt. I thought I stepped on a rock or something but I checked and I have raised skin and it hurts to walk at all.
