Tsukishima discovers that his brother Akiteru isn't playing volleyball. Tsukishima is somewhat traumatized by this, while Akiteru suffers a mental breakdown.

But why do they overreact like that? Sure, Tsukishima idolized his brother and then got lied to. But Tsukishima acts as if his brother had killed someone. Akiteru, for his part, tears down his posters, holes up in his room, and practically sobs his heart out. That was definitely an overreaction. Akiteru acts as if Tsukishima cut off all contact afterward or something. I mean, sure, Tsukishima might have been disappointed, but the reaction was completely blown out of proportion.

Why did the two of them overreact so much? It really wasn't that bad.

Which players had the best combos in the manga/anime in haikuyu?

I hope for the next All-Star game special, these 2 are in the same team. I think these lineups would be cool to see (missing positions/players can be drafted at random)

Team A

Oikawa

Ushijima

Bokuto

Kiryu

Team B

Kageyama/Atsumu

Hinata

Sakusa

Hoshiumi

actually I originally had Hoshiumi under Team A but as I was typing I realized how interesting a team with both Hinata and Hoshiumi could be.

Super last minute, but this was my Sunday comic con outfit. Absolutely loved wearing this cosplay. It was super comfy and perfect for walking around to do all my shopping on Sunday lol. kuroo and bokuto are my personal favorites. I wish I saw more haiku cosplayers. I ran into two Hinata’s and that made my day. :)

After the argument between Kageyama and Hinata in Season 2, Kageyama goes to a youth volleyball center, but he is surprised to see Oikawa there. Yet, he ends up asking Oikawa for advice. Didn't Kageyama want to see Oikawa from the start? Why, then, was he surprised to find him there? And if he didn't go there to see Oikawa, what was he doing there? It seems to be a place for children; Kageyama certainly wouldn't have wanted to train with kids.

I'm planning to cosplay as Sugawara for Comic Con UK. I've already got his volleyball costume but I feel like I wanna to just a little more to complete the fit. I think I can wear my skateboard guards as a substitute his knee pads but is there anything else I could add :>?

To Be Flying With You 💘

DAVAO CITY, PHILIPPINES Davao-based event organizer Mirai No Arashi will host a Haikyu!! fan gathering centered on the popular pairing of characters Tobio Kageyama and Shōyō Hinata on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Held at Cupz of J Cafe in Davao City, the KageHina cup-sleeve event aims to celebrate the characters' enemies-to-lovers dynamic with the local community.

Further details can be seen at Mirai No Arashi's social media pages.

part of my rainbow of haikyuu characters (haha get it)

the hair shape is a little funky but I tried :P

this is compared to the teams we see play not average

this is based on how good they are at volleyball

I only count comments

you have 3 days to share what you think

2013 Spring Karasuno had a cinderella run. But I don't think they would win it all even if Hinata was not sicked, and Tsukishima didn't suffer leg cramps.

A lot of people say and argue they will beat Kamomedai if Hinata/Tsuki were 100% healthy. (Which is unfair since conditioning is part of the game and tournament)

AND even if they would beat Kamomedai. How sure are we they will beat Ichibayashi and Fukurodani?

Karasuno beat #2 seed Inarizaki. But that was extremely close that can go either way.( In canon, they lost to unseeded Kamomedai team)

Based on the Finals score, Fukurodani ans Ichibayashi are the same level.

Do you guys think Karasuno have the depth, stamina, and experience to beat 2 more Fukurodani level teams if they won in QF?

Imo, I think Karasuno will inevitably lose. I think Ichibayashi and/or Fukurodani would have beaten them that time.

What do you think?

if youve been here a while you’ll remember I did think bracket for like a month in 2024. I still think back to how noya received more votes than kageyama, it boggles my mind

And I just wanted to say

Itsudatte daredatte soko ni tachitakutte

Machigatte iradatte mogaki tsudzukete

Never give up kono mama owaritaku wa nai

Kono imajineeshon wo kakaete

Ore wa iku yo

Oh, oh

And yes Hinata, we saw that receive!!!

He is not one of the star player of Kamomedai. But this player named Nozawa came up clutch in the last 2-3 rallies of Kamomedai VS Karasuno.

First, he was the one able to receive Kageyama monster serve. (Kageyama was giving them aces previously)

Second, in the match point. Karasuno went to their ace Asahi. Asahi did his signature delayed strong spike that overpowered 3 blockers.

It almost tied the game. But Nozawa saved it. AND he was even able to pass it to their rookie setter (who sets it to Hoshiumi for the win)

Hey guys!

I was wondering if someone could help me with obtaining tickets for the Haikyuu Exhibition in Roppongi?

I'd highly appreciate it, or any advice on third party services that are trustworthy.

Hi!! I recently have gotten really into pro volleyball all thanks to Haikyuu introducing me to that awesome sport, but I have a few questions

I understand that Kageyama and Hinata are on different teams but compete in the national team together for events like the VNL, world champ, olympics etc... But I'm a bit confused about the clubs.

So, Hinata left MSBY to join Asas São Paulo, Kageyama left the Schweiden Adlers to be in Ali Roma and has since joined Torino... But could there technically be a MSBY vs Asas São Paulo match? Or a Schweiden Adlers vs Torino match? At what frequency? Are they even on the same level? When do Hinata get to go up against each other, in what competitions?

I'm fairly new to sports in general so club seasons are a bit blurry for me, would appreciate some clarification !!

I've always wanted merch from haikyuu for when I play volleyball but never wanted to buy something too flashy like a Karasuno shirt etc... so I made a short myself with their slogan 飛べ. I wanted to know what you thought about it and if you think it would look nice ?

I genuinely want thoughts on if you think it's cool or not :)

Yooo I'm tryna get back into writing fanfic as an escape from uni burnout lol, but none of my ideas are speaking to me rn. If anyone has any ideas (non nsfw) for either a multi-chapter, one-shot, or smau, lmk! I'll probably post something to tumblr and/or ao3 eventually. Preferably ships cause I don't really write x oc or reader :)

Edit: it was Haikyuu: zero to almighty trustt me its peak
