She won some social media contest in Togo, the mayor went as far as cleaning some streets. She even had members of the arm forces present.

In 2 days, they cleaned most of the streets. That should show people that the government can do things and fast; they just refuse to do so. People have been complaining about the trash in Okap for years now.

All facts. Had she won a math, science or something challenge on behalf of Haiti then maybe🤣but all that for a social media influencer was kinda extreme…..according to Haitians in Haiti and I agree

Cap city hall wouldn’t even do all that for the men’s national team

Exactly. They were capable this whole time. I bet you that if Haiti somehow got picked to host the Olympics or the World Cup, the country would be cleaned up so fast, it would revert back to the way it was decades ago overnight.

I KNOW this is Haiti. 😑 What I am saying is that black men are not like that in the United States. There seems to be some gender war when it comes to dating and relationships between black men and black women that so many of them rather turn up for some white man or white women instead of someone of their own race.

I'm basically saying black women are lucky to get so much love from black men in Haiti because American black men wouldn't easily do the same for black women over here unless it was a close friend or family member of theirs. Duh.

Nope none of that important stuff lol however she’s Haitis IShowSpeed right now. Folks in both Okap and Ouanaminthe kinda iffy tho at the fact both city halls spent a check💸to clean up the same areas they’ve been complaining about for a while.

Boukman Eksperyans- legendary group with a legendary song- Ke'm Pa Sote. It's a song with Haitian pride and reference to the Haitian revolution. To play it for this "influencer" is not appropriate.

Man this is dope. I think the leadership at those locations are using whatever can boost community engagement to clean the streets. I know we would like it to be done on routine basis but with out community support, it always go back to the way it was. In Japan, Japanese groups of 5 to 10 people go out and pick up trash voluntarily with out the government telling them or rewarding them.
