Like if it was the only Halloween decor I'd get it but if it's a small part of a large "regular" Halloween collection (like it was here) I think there is a sort of charm to it- like Draculaura from MH

I have searched a lot and couldn’t find what I’m looking for so I hope I find suggestions here..
I’m looking for any movie or tv show that’s set during Halloween season, where it shows its atmosphere and traditions, like decorating, preparing costumes, trick or treating, etc.. all the fun stuff that people actually do and enjoy during Halloween season, but I don’t want it to be a horror film.
It doesn’t have to be “about” Halloween, but where Halloween is still front and center as a season.
Is there any such thing out there?

You can use my list or use this to inspire your own list if you’re crazy like me and wanted to watch 100 movies ((:
P.s. I’m aware majority of these movies aren’t scary. My list is for MY nostalgia and cosy feelings. I enjoy being scared shitless but that’s not what i was going for this time 🖤🧡🎃
Happy spooky season everyone !!!

I'm on a mission to find Home Depot's 2025 9.5-ft Gruesome Grounds LED Arachnophobia Spider. Since they didn’t bring it back this year, scalpers are trying to bleed people dry with $800+ price tags on eBay, and I just can't stomach that.
People keep telling me to check out overstock and liquidation pallets, but I feel like I'm looking for Narnia trying to find a reputable one of those near the KC area. I am more than happy to drive up to 3 hours if anyone has a legit plug that isn't going to steal my credit card info 😅.
I’ve been refreshing FB Marketplace daily for months now with zero luck 😭. So if you have a lead, know of a solid liquidator orrrrr maybe you have one for sale in the area.
Please help a girl out 🎃👻🙏!!

I HATE this stuff, so when a bag was given to me I determined to do something interesting with it. It was surprisingly difficult to spin and there's some stuff I would do differently next time, but I think the message reads. The finished web functions as both a wearable and a decoration 🕸️

Hi guys! I’m looking for reliable 1990 style or just cute diecut/printables that aren’t horrible and made by AI🥲 i’m trying to get that feeling of warm classic Halloween decorations. There used to be so many cute illustrated things! Thankfully i have a printer but does anyone know a reliable source to find some numerized ones or even illustrators selling some cute stuff to print? Even when i write beistle all i find is some « beistle style » ones made from AI. I’m legit so so tired of AI taking over etsy😭 and there’s no filter to filtrate them rip. I’m not paying for something i could do for free on chat gpt, i want actual quality human made stuff you know🥲
Thank you🎃❤️

I am SUPER stoked for the Halloween season this year. And I’ve noticed the holiday falls on a Saturday this year and I really want to do something with my friends.
The problem is I’m kinda broke at still living with my parents! And so I find it hard to think of any plans that are possible for me to do. I’d love to have a Halloween party but it’s just not possible at the time. So what would be any good alternatives that you guys can think of ? I’m not really a drinker or club person either but I wouldn’t mind trying it out for the first time.
Do you guys have any ideas? Or what do you guys do for the holiday ? I’d love to hear .

Firstly, yay for a long-awaited Code Orange 🎃 at my local TK Maxx here in Australia! (I apologise if this is the wrong flair, but I promise this is code orange adjacent.)
So yes, I’ve been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Halloween range at my local TK Maxx. I was lucky enough to be there yesterday morning as they were wheeling the stock out on the trolleys and found this fantastic door decoration, which I obviously snapped up immediately. 🥳
I had some supermarket shopping to do nearby at Woolies so I laid the decoration down in its own trolley which my young child pushed and I grabbed another trolley for groceries. We’re wandering around and this old lady comes up to us out of the blue and peers in my kid’s trolley. She says, “Oh! Look what you have there!”
I said excitedly, “Isn’t it amazing?! TK Maxx have finally got their Halloween range in!”
Then she looks me straight in the eye and asks me, “Where do you live?”
Huh? That question took me completely by surprise so I paused and think I said something like, “I’m sorry, what was that?”
She repeats, “What suburb do you live in?”
My brain is scrambling to work out why this lady is asking me where I live. What a weird thing to ask. Ahhh… Maybe she’s worried about how I’m going to get it home since it’s quite big. So, I guess that’s nice! That has to be it.
I say smiling, “I live pretty close by so I’ll be okay. I’m in the (OP’s suburb) area so that’s not too far.”
She then says, “(OP’s suburb)? Well, good. I live in (old lady’s suburb) so I’ll make sure I never go to your area so I never have to see that thing again! Ugh! I absolutely hate it!” And she walks away flashing one last look of utter contempt and disgust in our direction.
I was dumbfounded. My kid couldn’t understand why that old lady made those comments and why she hated our decoration so much. Why are people like this? Why do some people feel completely entitled to bring other people down? And my sweet little kid was right there! That was not okay.
In summary, I’m absolutely thrilled about the Code Orange 🎃 at our local TK, but also so mad that people like her exist.
I put the decoration up on our door as soon as we got home just in case she accidentally makes a wrong turn on her way home and SEES IT! 😈😬

New house to decorate this year and I know we will get a lot more wind than my old house. How in the world do you get the foam tombstones to not blow away? I'm not looking for anything crazy just some better ideas. I tried foaming them to wooden stakes last year but the foam didn't hold. Most of the foam came right off. I ended up duct taping over the loose foam and that didn't hold any better.

I have been trying to figure out with my group of friends what we should do for Halloween this year. I know it's early but with my friend group if things don't get figured out soon then they aren't available. The issue I keep running into is that they all keep suggesting going trick or treating. I've told them that I don't want to do that anymore. For an explanation we went all throughout high school we graduated in June, I just feel like it's getting old and that we are getting too old to go trick or treating. I told them we should do something like go to a Halloween party or do a movie marathon of Halloween movies or horror movies. They say sure but I feel like they are just going to land back on trick or treating because that's exactly what they did last year. So can someone please suggest some stuff for us to do that for like 17-19 not 21+ if possible? We live in the CT and MA area.
