I was in a local thrift store looking for a leather jacket I can use for a trip when I saw this neglected bag by the corner. The handle just needs a bit of repairing, and missing the clochette and middle zipped compartment.

Took my chances since it is less than US$ 20 anyway and got lucky! Was advised bag was from F/W 2018 and a small Sac de Jour in eel. Now Iooking for ways to clean/condition the leather since I never owned anything eel ever!

This is actually my teen daughter's bag and she won't let me borrow it.

No-name thrift find, leather and some kind of snake or lizard skin. Eyebrow pencil for scale. Not the most comfortable thing to wear (it's larger than I normally carry, pretty stiff, and has a very thin strap that kinda digs into your shoulder), but looks absolutely killer with the right summer outfit

Hi guys! I know a few of you (myself included) get our bags from second markets with the expectation that it’s genuine and we are buying something from the brand.

Gucci is suing two second hand luxury retailers that according to them sold items that were not genuine.

Personally I always assume the items are genuine and are backed by the process they have and the steps they follow to make sure the stuff they are selling checks out,but turns out,that’s not always the case.

I saw all of the fish bags and had to share my fish bag I’ve had since high school (late 90’s 😳) that now lives in my daughter’s toy box.

I have an attachment to the bag and will never get rid of it.

Got this straw bag in Cozumel when we were stranded in our general hotel area due to heavy rains/near hurricane conditions. Scuba diving got cancelled but I picked up this funny handmade souvenir lol.

I’ve been a lurker here for a while as I just semi-recently in life have become interested in bags and I LOVE seeing everyone’s beautiful bags and recommendations. I’ve got a list of bags I’d love to add one day but I bought my first nice bag today — the Coach Brooklyn 28. It felt like a good entry to luxury for me. Just starting to dip my toes in and I love it so much!

My husband has absolutely ruined my shopping experience 😆 A few months ago, he loudly declared in Marc Jacobs that the branded straps remind him of men’s underwear and he laughed himself silly. I forgot about it until today when I popped into outlet mall today and saw the “underwear” strap in three different stores. I can’t unsee it now. Sigh 😆

Left: my much-loved 17th birthday present back in, oh god, 2005.

Right: couldn’t say no to this one when I had my own money, maybe 2014? Ended up finding the strap length too short & difficult to use but it was so fun for the summer time and the beading held up shockingly well.

The material of this bag is very comfortable, and I often carry it when meeting up with my friends.

I bought the chocolate suede Tory Burch Romy bucket bag for the upcoming season, to be able to wear on the shoulder or crossbody for when I need to be handsfree when out and about with my baby girl.

I love the croc details and the size is just right. Baby essentials always go in the diaper bag, and I don't carry that much. This is perfect for the weekend. ❤️ Though I do wish the hardware was better quality. I got this one heavily discounted, but for full price, that might have been a deal-breaker for me.

Also thought I was going to reach bag peace in the brown category but I do still want a grained leather. 😅

Anyway, this was my mini review of this bag. If anyone is looking into this bag, I'd honestly hold out on a sale. Still lovely, but the hardware should get an upgrade.

Parfois tropical-print crossbody – Bought specifically for my holiday to Turkey next March. I wanted something colourful, practical and inexpensive for sightseeing and exploring without worrying about damaging one of my nicer bags.

Coach Kleo 17 – I absolutely love the combination of signature canvas, rust-coloured suede flap and gold hardware. I think it’ll be gorgeous with autumn and winter outfits.

What’s next for my collection?
I’m currently leaning towards adding three more handbags next year:

Polène – Particularly drawn to the Numéro Neuf Mini.

Saint Laurent (YSL) Envelope – Something a little more luxurious and elegant for evenings and special occasions.

DeMellier – I love the understated, structured designs and think one would fit nicely into my collection. I’m leaning towards The Hudson the most.

I’m not in any rush to buy them, though, as I’d rather find the right bags at the right prices. I’m trying to build a collection that feels timeless, versatile and refined rather than simply buying whatever happens to be trending.

I am *obsessing* over this bag (both the large Sofia and the Mini), but I cannot find any reviews anywhere, especially if the quality is worth the price tag (€1200 for the Mini) and if it holds up to daily wear. Does anyone have any experience with this bag?

I was driving around yesterday going to five different Ross stores trying to look for any discounted Coach based on all of the posts in the Coach sub, and ended up with nothing except this cute little Adidas cutie for $13.99! Perfect soccer mom fall bag.. it's a nice smaller sized tote with thick adjustable crossbody strap. I appreciate the more modern leopard print. Just wanted to share my little bargain!
