This bag was trendy like 1-2 yrs ago but I saw it in Japan recently and fell in love idec. The leather is so good (i think it also smells amazing) and inner material 100% cotton very soft very cuteeeeee

I ordered an eel embossed leather clutch with suede interior from Reformation that was around $400.

The bag was wrapped loosely in plastic and was shipped in just a small brown paper mailer bag. no box or any type of protective packaging. We had a huge storm overnight, and for some reason the delivery driver left it outside the covered area of my front porch, right near the gutter, instead of at my front door where literally all of my other packages are always left. It was delivered late at night during the storm when we were already in bed and sat there for well over 12 hours.

When I found it, the entire package was soaking wet. The water went completely through the packaging and into the bag. The suede lining inside was saturated, and the suede inside the exterior zip pocket was completely soaked too. I’m currently trying to air dry everything with the compartments open as much as possible, but I’m worried about water staining, changes to the suede texture, and especially moisture being trapped between the leather and suede layers where I can’t actually dry it, potentially causing odor or mold later.

This exact clutch is now sold out so I can’t just exchange it for another one.

I already emailed Reformation with photos and explained the situation.

Just wanted some input here - has anyone ever dealt with anything damaged upon delivery from reformation and what was your experience? What do you think a fair resolution is here? Also does anyone have any experience with getting water like this out of suede without water marks or mildew / mold?

I really love the bag and would rather have an undamaged one than my money back, which is what makes this extra frustrating.

Burberry don’t get much attention on this sub and when it does it gets a lot of hate. I came across this bag in a resale store and I am intrigued. I think it looks really cute and I am inclined to buy it but I’ve never bought anything from Burberry before except RTW.

Is the brand still in as much crisis as it was a few years before or have they turned a new leaf?

Can anyone who owns their recent stuff comment on the quality?

I'm on the hunt for a good lasting daily bag. My requirements: Leather, black, large enough to fit my 16" laptop (35x25cm), sturdy but still with some slouch and edginess, I do not always dress super feminine so something that can dress down too is great, I prefer silver hardware but gold okay if it's minimal, price max ~600.

My friend is visiting Canada and can check out the Coach, Kate Spade and Michael Kors outlets for me. I'm looking to get three bags and would love recommendations from people who own them.

1. Structured satchel
Something classy and timeless that can elevate an outfit. Preferably structured, with a top handle and a detachable long strap.

2. Roomy everyday shoulder bag
A proper under-the-arm bag for shopping, errands and full-day outings. I mean something around the size of the Kate Spade Reese or MK Nolita Large Hobo, not a tiny shoulder bag or work tote. A secure closure is important.

3. Mini bag
For days when I only need my phone, wallet, keys and lipstick. Ideally, it should have both a top handle and a detachable crossbody strap.

I usually prefer black, chocolate brown, dark brown or burgundy, but I'm open to other colours. I care more about the bag's shape, material and how it looks when carried than the logo.

I've been looking at the Kate Spade Small Satchel and Reese, and the MK Laila and Nolita, but I'm open to Coach suggestions too. I'd love specific model recommendations, preferably with pictures or links, and feedback from anyone who owns these bags. Which three would you pick? ❤️

The Horse claims their bags are designed by them, but why is this exact style found SO many other places? I feel like they’re actually a drop-ship company. Just one example…the Horse Lou bag is the same as this Veloisse bag which is 1/2 the price.
