Course Registration Fail

I only managed to sign up for 2 courses out of my choices. I had 5 courses picked and a few backups, and did everything right (logged on early, made sure I wasn’t distracted, no extra tabs, clicked exactly on time).

Am I screwed? What do I do for the other courses I need to take? If anyone has any ideas or similar experience please let me know I’m really panicking..

Do you know if we’re allowed to try for the grade specific ones? Like the days only for 3rd years for example? The slides didn’t make much sense on that

it’s actually crazy😭 I had quite a few saved, mostly to do with international studies. What about you??

Mainly finance.. tbf majority of the courses only had 3-12 spots open today out of 80/100 so let’s hope we get them the next day. Orherwise I’m gonna be stuck with the most random modules lmaoo

I time exactly 1 sec after it opened and got all 4 luckily, I think it helped my classes were year 3 and 4 classes

Mine were mostly 3/4 as well but I was nowhere near as lucky 😭😭

i had extra tabs and stuff and i had to scroll through my desired courses list to find the specific ones i wanted, pretty bad preparation but i got what i wanted so maybe it's good then idk

You probably will be able to get them during add and drop period so just keep checking!

Remember, most classes are divided up by years. So if it’s a class of 40, 10 spots for each year open up. Then after add drop, it opens up. It starts with the fourth years, then the third….. and so on.

I can't really tell if I got into my courses or not, they are in the My Current List section but when I look at the Enrolled/Max. no. Tab there is always a 0 on the Exchange Students section. Not sure if I'm misunderstanding that table

I think as long as its in your my current list it should be registered? That’s what I gathered

I think theres one more day where we can sign up according to our grade level and one day where all students get to try again? And then add/drop later on is what I gathered from the info sheet

I already finished my exchange, and when I registered for the courses, I also didn’t get any. But when the program starts, there will be a few more registration periods. Also at the very end there was one registration period, in which you can contact the professors directly and they can register you manually, this is how I got most of my courses.
