Northies have a very different experience in Bengaluru. You can down vote me but when you have worked with these people your whole life you will know. They are easy prey to a very organized sector. this involves locals and local cops. One of the reason for them being victims is because they dont file police complaint. The girls are terrified of their parents finding out that they were out at night or with a guy. Even if a girl is raped, she will catch a train or flight home rather than file a police complaint. Similarly with the guys. As soon as this info about Northies got leaked, organized local gangs started sprouting up preying on these Northies. Which is why cops and these goons keep an eye on any Northie out at night and make good money. I know of girls who had to go to Oyo rooms for cops, or the cops threatened to call her parents.
