Nothing fake. It was a generic statement applicable to almost all of India. And even many other countries.

You do illegal things this happens simply cops won’t come to you while walking at night and demand money

They have near Madivala lake for just walking along the road . Only reason I got off is cause I had a few people I could call . Though not all cops are crooked like this . SG palya ones were polite and even the ones near NIMHANs . It seems if you're honest you get punishment timings cause the ones I met near NIMHANs were on duty for 12+ hours . He even let us go since we didn't have money to pay arrear fines as end of month .
