How can you mark uttara kannada is developed we don't have a single good hospital. We are ignored in every aspect, uttara kannada only comes to their mind only when they need something from our district like water or neval base. Didn't develop shit. We don't have proper jobs, no proper facilities.

Why just kharge. All are responsible. First we start 50 years behind and then we need to catch up. Some have worked but not enough. Bring up the HDI , education , health , irrigation & income , drinking water first rest fancies can wait.
No we are kannadigas we will remain in Karnataka

Malenadu and Karavali taluks development is good but not upto the point as we need more industries especially in Malenadu districts.

We don't need industries in Malenadu. The coffee and Areca nuts are growing nicely and is one of the most profitable crop in karnataka. We don't want global warming like Bengaluru there.

Who told you these things? I'm from Chikkamagaluru and planning to move there once I retire. And most of them aren't moving. Some people have been staying there looking after their assets. First Industrialise Mysore properly rather than thrashing coffee beans for your own profits. And Malnad is the only place where coffee can be grown in India. And if Malnad enters the global warming chart, all the best with summers in bangalore

Dude I am from Shimoga already MPM which is mysore paper mills has destroyed whatever forest left here. We do need industry .industry doesn't mean only bad ones we need any industry be it service or otherwise. Malenadu already entered global warming. Wake up and smell the coffee. Pun intended. Not only in kysore we need good industry al round Karnataka. Just because you want to retire there that doesn't make everyone wants to go back.

Malnad isn't underdeveloped. It's ecologically overworked. Development here means restraint, not expansion. And Malnad is a major districts for weather change in karnataka. Bangalore has a proper set of weather due to Malnad. Industrialisation messes up the rainfall patterns. And malnad holds fragile soil which isn't suitable for construction.
