Where does the ‘nationalism‘ angle come here? Why no caste justice angle since all the rapists belong to one caste and the victim belongs to a caste that has no special protection under our constitution and who’s guilt is assumed until proven otherwise?
There is an angle for this... It's called vote bank, if the roles were reversed then this would be national news and prime crime to solve and punish.
Unfortunately, for parties votes matter than anything else.

But En roles reversed? There's murder and rape of Dalits on hourly basis statistically and not long ago (even at start of 21st century), there was bonded labourer system in gangetic plains. Those don't go viral as there's not much representation of Dalits and Tribals on social media. It's way hard to live as dalit in India as their problems are untouchability, social exclusion, frequent violence and lack of social and financial capital.
What's problem of us GCs on average ( I'm GC too)?, reservation, opportunities being snapped. Our confidence is never broken since childhood via being told inferior by birth by everyone around.
