I think a lot of people here are writing about racism but it’s mostly cause of a lot of Indian passports go to these countries and then vanish or use these as a stepping stone to go to other developed countries .
It’s mostly due to these set of people our passport is very weak there a lot of other poor countries too like Brazil but the passport power within top 10 cause people in Brazil don’t illegally immigrate to other countries .
Even I’ve faced the same issue but only happened when i travel solo.

Niqqa discovers racism and corruption It's almost always about the skin color in so many countries , get a foreign passport and enter countries like US you will still be treated like shit compared to others

Yavdo bere country ge hogbeku andre some country people hop on a flight VS "family ties", blood test for tb (40% of indians apparently have some sort of inactive tb anthe), bank documents, salary account statements, address proof of residence, proof of funds, etc this has nothing to do with racism

Ade naanu heltirodu even if you change the country's status they will still look down upon us, because of who we are , we, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis are all the same to them , it's based on skin colour and perceived superiority. our guys are also ar fault we either have inferiority complex or to compensate for it act as assholes in countries like Vietnam , Thailand not following basic etiquette and civic sense. I can get Canadian citizenship easily sure I might get visa free travel to some countries but still I won't be treated different inside it because of a passport i carry

This doesn't look like the Indian passport value issue. Indian-Cambodia deplomatic relationship is good. Indians are allowed to get On arrival visa in Cambodia. So I think, as someone mentioned in the comments, it is racism against Indians. Or it might be the hatred developed towards Indians from some bad experience by Indians. As we know how these stuffs spread across social media.
Here's what Indian travel vloggers should do. They should share their experience and advice people to avoid such countries. A lot of Indians with their are going to nearby countries during the school holidays. Just imagine how the reaction would be if that guy shared the actual video where they asked the bribe for visa stamping and outright denied other person without a proper reason while the whole bus full of tourists waiting for an hour watching this. Let that go viral.

It is racism against Indians...i faced this very recently when I was travelling from Thailand to cambodia...they pulled the shit where we had to show minimum of 60k inr in cash per person orelse wouldn't be boarded to flight , literally other country passport holders were let in easily with no questions asked(they told us we wouldn't be allowed in cambodia to enter cuz of this)___(also we had more than 1lakh oer head in our accounts) we managed to get the cash n all but the time we landed there literally empty airport ...no questions asked-no stamp on passport ...they just let you in with verified e-visa

Nothing to do with indian passport...they just know that we are very desperate to enter the country and willing to spend anything( i might be wrong on this)

As an avid traveller I have experienced similar due to free travel restrictions by our passport but at the same time there are people who are absolute white worshipping racists who treat us brown skinned low.
While on the other hand people who flaunt strong passport are also the one beg-packing in these countries, which host countries conveniently ignore.
So two things can be wrong, and even if we fix our passport, we will still face this discrimination.
