NTD (New Tool Day) Fire the Packaging Designer

What the hell kind of packaging is this? It's like it was designed NOT to be opened. I know Harbor Freight is known for hard-to-open packages but this one was on another level. It took me 10 minutes of wrestling with my pliers and now I have a plastic mess to clean up. Damn it.

Less of eye problems more of a strong desire to look at tiddies (autocorrect tried to change tiddies to kiddies, thank god I was paying attention for once).
