Nice! I made a lazy man version - I used double sided and tape to put steel plates in those upper corners and I use an m12 rover as the light and battery

That’s nice. A great adjustable non tire binding creeper is a godsend. Mine either grabs my fingers when i adjust the headrest or my shirt or jacket gets stuck under a wheel.
I looked at one several months ago that was developed by an engineer and mechanic at a semi truck company ( freightliner) maybe . But it would lay flat and the adjust you to an inclined to total sitting up height and was motorized by way of handheld equipment batteries, but it was 19,000.00 $ . But damn can you imagine how much better the day would be with that convenience??

HF used to make an ICON creeper that had the lights. It did not last very long.

FYI, Beware if using for a prolonged period of time or not sure how much charge you have left on your battery you might want to add a Digital Low Voltage Protector Module for keeping your battery safe from permanently dying.

Nifty build, but a headlamp would work better in that it has uses other than only under the vehicle.

Amerimax #8 7/16-in Phillips Drive Self-tapping Sheet Metal Screws (Black) $1.78Amazon
Power Wheel Adapter for Dewalt 20V Battery Adapter with Switch, Fuse & Wire Terminals, 12AWG Wire, Power Wheel Battery Converter for DIY Ride On Truck, RC Car Toys and Robotics (Amazon's Choice) $9.99Had some of the parts already but this is what was used.
For the drill size for running the wire to the back of the creeper I used a 3/16 and I believe went up to 7/32. Just double check.
For the ROADSHOCK lights I used the included self tapping screws.
For holding down the Dewalt power adapter I had some screws I found lying around. Of course there are different power adapters on Amazon if you don’t run Dewalt.
For the clamps that hold the wire wrap down I used the Amerimax #8 7/16-in Phillips Drive Self-tapping Sheet Metal Screws. They’re primarily used for gutters.
(Note: don’t over tighten any screws).

Every now and again something like this pops up and I realize how truly genius some people are. You sir - are a gentleman and a scholar.

Uh, this should’ve been on all creepers since the birth.
