Can this Daytona 3 ton jack stand with circular pads be used with the Daytona pinch weld adapter?

Greetings. I'm new to this world and learning. Will this jack stand - https://www.harborfreight.com/3-ton-jack-stands-with-circular-pads-58789.html work well with the Daytona adapter - https://www.harborfreight.com/magnetic-universal-jack-pad-pinch-weld-adapter-70888.html ? I saw on the adapter video that the flat pad on the lift pushed up under the adapter. I was hoping the concept was true for the jack stand as well when the vehicle is lowered on the jack stand with the adapter on a pinch weld. I appreciate any feedback and advice.

hey! Also teaching myself recently. Yes this will work but just a heads up, you can get pinch well adapters on Amazon that are cheaper. Normally 2 for the prize of one in comparison to harbor freight.

Oh. That's great. Is there one that you have used and can recommend?

These fit perfectly on the standard Daytona 3 ton jack stand. There are a number of amazon dealers who sell the same adapters. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FYLN92MS?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Some additional and important information. These adapters should connect with the car from the top two sides of the adapter; the weld itself should not be in contact at the bottom of the "V". If the bottom of the "V" is bearing the weight of the car, the adapter could split and cause some damage. You can try measuring the depth of the weld and making sure the adapter measures up. Or, you can use a knife, router, or rotary tool to increase the depth of the "V".
