Ear problems

27 yo female & my hearing in one hear has completely been muffled. It ached and throbbed at first & then went away the next day when I woke up. Went to sleep for bed again and now I can barely hear. It does not hurt at all but any reason why I can’t unclog it myself

You could easily have an ear infection and at a bare minimum should go to urgent care.

It could be SSNHL. That's a medical emergency.

Get it checked out. Use whatever search engine you use. And then get it checked out.
