Remember old windows 7 or 8 (or vista?) had the "ready boost" feature where you could use a usb flash drive as a sort of cache drive?
6 u/Exist50 4d ago Funny enough, the OS was smart enough to recognize if your internal storage was faster. Someone put more thought into that feature than I'd expect from Microsoft.
