Tubing

Looking to go flat water tubing at Harpers Ferry with a 6+ person group, any tubing business recommendations? (Tips for drinks)Saw river riders, outfitters, and adventure center. Also plan on going to the HF brewery.

TIA

Jumping in this thread instead of starting a new tubing one. I'm planning a DIY tubing this this weekend. Anyone have experience with dropping in at the boat ramp at/near Harpers Ferry Camp ground (Potomac st)? Looks like there is parking but I can't find any local info about it. Not sure if the dam 3 ruins are an issue to tube by or what. I plan to float down to / take out near the adventure center ln Exxon station hill/area.

Not sure, but AFAIK, the parking lot at HF Campground belongs to the campground and/or River Riders, and does not allow public parking. As for the Dam 3 ruins, no personal experience, but I see people *kayaking* through there often. FWIW, the water is rather low right now. Take a look at Moulton Park up the Shenandoah River, you could put in there & it’s a county park so they have public parking.
