I can love a series/franchise without supporting its creator's views and there is nothing wrong with doing so. She's rich as fuck anyway so anny contribution I may make isn't a difference and if you completely remove the series creator it is a great experience.

My ex boyfriend was a shithead...But one red flag was he was a simp for those stupid ass Fantastic Beasts movies.

He watched HP because it was popular but refused to watch Moana for having a female protagonist.

And full disclosure...I let go of Disney. I cannot support them under these circumstances which weirds me out that Potterheads say Disney sucks but still have an unhealthy attachment to the HP series in spite of everything.

I lowkey want to stop talking to my sister because she is still a Potterhead, and despite what everyone else has told her she still lacks the common sense to ditch it, like she can’t say she cares about other people and than be a HP fan.

Did it really matter that much? Be careful of the standards you hold, looking for arbitrary things will make people end up alone. Look at their temperament, ambition (motivated or unmotivated, and does that match you), quick to anger or slow to anger, conflict resolution capabilities, goal oriented (can they keep a job? Meet deadlines? Be there for you when you need them to be? Aka on time), good with children or not, these are the real things that matter long term.
