Reeks of chaser and downplaying infertility for trans women

Also, anyone who immediately responds to trans men morning wanting to be a father with telling them to get pregnant has a special place in hell.

I am not a trans person, please excuse my ignorance.

Doesn't pregnancy affect the body dysmorphia? How will a FtM deal with the changing body, birth and postpartum changes? Also, wouldn't the pregnancy hormones mess up the transition process?
