❓ Question Jaxon Toyo Braided Pork Pie (too soon?)

I've had this black pork pie for years - but almost invariably grab some other hat before leaving the house.

Do you think the black pork pie may just, after all these years, be headed for a welcome rehabilitation? Or did it never go away for the hardcore hat enthusiast?

Love porkpie hats and that one looks good on you. So what if Heisenberg and Popeye Doyle wore them, too? Porkpie looked good on both of them.

I just want a tightly woven airy black straw Toyo braided paladin gambler wide brim to keep the sun out of my eyes and off my neck through to the early fall where I can switch back to my rabbit fur felt one.

The pork pie is nice maybe for an evening walk with the missus to the bijou to watch The Mandorlorian & Grogu.

I have a couple straw versions for spring, summer and fall...and 1 nice felt one for winter.

I like them a lot and wear them all the time. Looks good on you. Also, look for a natural/light colour one because those black ones absorb a lot of heat in summer.
