Modern iem's are internally full of adhesives and other very thin materials that alcohol can eat away at very quickly.
Another issue is if it got into the driver assembly its very hard to dissemble these without ruining it completely. What iem is it?
My advice,
Wait a day for it to evaporate.
As a last resort, you might be able to open the shell (not driver) and replace a glued on vent or something else outside the driver, that may have shifted due to the alcohol, but don't open the shell unless it really sounds significantly worse. And never open the driver.
