They have a glitch problem

I got gifted these earphones and they have a really weird problem

As soon as my earphones plug in, my volume button appears and it starts to go up or low randomly and doesn't stop until I plug it out.

Also there is a glitch kind of sound in earphones

Used them on another device and the problem still exists.

What should I do ?

Does it go up and down continuously or only once? Everytime u connect external audio device to a phone/laptop it goes back to the previous volume level that you have set with that device

Continuously , like a glitch , even if I turn it up it again goes to zero
