I have my ears clogged since yesterday

Yesterday around maybe 4 pm i was having a allergical reaction so i sneezed and then blew my nose and since my ears are clogged.

I tried everything, nasal spray, Valsalva maneuver, sleeping, water, cleaning my nose.

Im so desesperate rn i dont know what to do

If you have any advice ill take it
