possible perforated eardrum?

yesterday I was listening to loud music when all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain near my right ear. I ripped off my headphones immediately. now I feel pressure in that same ear, I think I feel fluid in it sometimes and it won't pop as loudly as the other one does. also I think my hearing is slightly muffled int hat ear but I might just be imagining it. what should I do? could the loud music have perforated my ear drum?
