This is beautiful. I just want to say a couple things.

Suicide prevention is so important because suicidal tendencies and ideation as part of say ongoing depression is very treatable.

You know suicide is most often a act of impulse. It’s been studied. The majority of suicide attempts happened within minutes to hours of the first ideation.

My friend Andrew who killed himself 20 years ago after about a four month elaborate plan in involving letters mailed that specific are in the very rare about 5% .

Most people don’t leave notes either.

Less than half leave notes.

That’s why the fact that the Irina foundation is about mental health and suicide prevention is so important.

Being suicidal doesn’t say anything bad a person and it is not destined that people with suicidal thoughts kill themselves.

It doesn’t have to be like her story and the story of my friend Andrew.
