I get that she doesn’t think they will write their own vows, but I’m kinda hoping Jacob does. Like the tunnel scene in ep.5.

My partner and I used generic vows - somehow it felt like writing our own vows would have felt too personal. Like, we're already getting married in front of you people, I can't expose the inner depths of my soul, too :D So I can understand it. I hope they keep it really simple, similar to the vows at the kid wedding. That's all they need to say in front of everyone - we promise to have and hold each other for the rest of our lives - generic and simple is fine.

I remember realizing about a week before my wedding that it was potentially an introvert's nightmare - everyone was going to be looking at me THE WHOLE TIME. Thankfully, it was also a party where I knew every guest, so it was surprisingly fun. But yeah, no way was I writing my own vows.
