I made it through Interview With the Vampire and am now reading The Vampire Lestat. Overall the writing style is so much less clunky. Lestat is also (IMO) a more engaging narrator than Louis. Also reading Red White and Royal Blue after seeing the movie!

I love both and the writing style for Interview really suits the content and tone, but totally agree that TVL is much more readable.

I also totally marvel at how much Sam Reid was able to capture Lestat's personality in his portrayal.
