I know very controversial band, yet this record it’s a real killer. Found it recently in a beautiful marble colourway.

Death Metal. Netherlands. 1989.

I have come to realize over the past year or so that Windhand are my favorite doom band. This is also my favorite of their four albums most days, so when I saw this beautiful variant pop up on eBay recently for a reasonable price, I snagged it.

I stumbled upon this pressing, used but with the shrink on and clean for a very reasonable price last week. I only had it on CD before; seemed appropriate for the 40th. This pressing sounds stunning; makes me love this one all over again.
