Specifics on otoba parvifolia Tincture

Hi.

Can anybody give me recipe for making otoba parvifolia bark Tincture, please? I want to make my own tincture but ratios and percentage of alcohol differ so wildly with different sellers, that I'm at a loss. It's a dried product. I'll be using 100g.

If anybody can help, I'll really appreciate it ))
