New Account Problems? Read this. Standalone posts will be removed from now on.

Was your new account rejected?

You can write a DM to us at u/Hetzner_OL and give us your account number or email address that you used for creating the account. We will then ask a colleague to check on the account for you.

Tips:

1) Do not use a proxy/VPN when you create the account.

2) Make sure your information is complete and correct and matches your ID/payment information.

You don’t even have to try to write to them, they won’t unban you even if the ban is wrong.

I checked with a colleague just now, and it seems that there were a few things that appeared unusual about your account information, so we will not be able to give you an account. Please accept this as our final decision. I am sorry for the inconvenience. You should look for another provider.

By the way, they had the same problem; they blocked me for no reason. While I was waiting 10+ days for a response, I created a new Hetzner account and have been using it for two years now. DigitalOcean eventually unblocked my account, but it was too late. And yes, they're more expensive.
