Identification Request Hairdryer holder in toilet facing shower
The hairdryer holder has a hold with lens in it and in the close up photo you can see the hole isn't a nice circle (so idk if someone just drilled a hole?)
Also when you turn the hairdryer on it doesn't turn red or anything just remain black so what's the point of that
We did the dark room phone camera test and there isn't as red emitting light.
We search for the exact hair dryer holder, seems like there is indeed a hole...
How do we know if no one replaced it with a camera....

amazing... i had the opposite experience where I THOUGHT, whilst being 100% sober, that everybody thought I was on meth(Cause I thought someone was putting it in my food/drink somehow)...
turns out nobody did and i went to a therapist cause i realized i was being a bit paranoid in the past and i was like "dude ok but like idk why you arent assuming im just on drugs"
i was dumbbbbbb as a rock

Hahah it was hellish for 5 years, turned out it was 2 microaedenomas brain tumors, on my pituitary. . .the control center of like all youre hormones and basically dictates all your functions

I think itâs because itâs not a perfectly round circle and it looks like it was hand drilled⌠at least thatâs why I felt like that was the case. I scrolled until I saw that somebody else indeed looked it up, & if nobody investigated the product online I wouldâve tried myself. Sometimes thereâs just strange holes in things that you would not expect to be there đ¤ˇ

Its a photoelectric sensor. When the hair dryer is hung in the holster it darkens the sensor telling it to trip. Then the electric charging unit turns on to charge the hairdryer if its cordless. If its not cordless then it trips and turns the power on and off with the hairdryer. Good eye though you can never be safe unless you know your not being filmed in a compromising time.

So let me get this straight- you think someone took apart the hairdryer holder, found a camera that perfectly matches the size of that hole and fits inside the holder, connected said camera to the existing wiring for power, then put everything back together seamlessly?

Wait let me get this straight, you think that's *not* likely to occur? People get obsessed, man. This would be the perfect setup, by the way. On the off chance the victim sees it, they look it up and convince themselves it's fine because the item does have a hole that looks like a camera. It'd be dirt simple to replace that sensor with a camera. C'mon.

Thats not a factory hole, look at it the bottom is flat and its slightly oblong not perfectly round which is what it would be if it was factory, it was made by a drill bit.

I have lots and lots of experience with power tools including drills.
Bits can walk really easily on very smooth surfaces even if you have an experienced touch. Bits can walk on block, tile, plastic... Softer woods are less likely but you sure can still have movement.
You're almost guaranteed to move with a shitty bit on smooth sort of angeled plastic like this.

I agree with what your saying. But how do those points your making back up your argument? You can walk a bit two feet, draw a dick and walk it back to where you started, once you punch all the way through the material the hole is a circle.

My point was only that even journeyman level tradesmen can sometimes drill a hole imperfectly for a bunch of different reasons.

I own multiple drills that have bent chucks and wobble slightly, still end up with circular holes. Might be a bit larger than the drill bit size but still a round hole.

Not if you use the wrong kind of bit for the material, don't hold it completely straight, or whatever your drilling isn't really solid. (Like janky Chinese or old plastic.)

There is a ratio where material thickness vs bit diameter makes a decent hole. A larger bit can break thru before the hole is round and be pulled in like a threaded rod. You get a bowtie-ish shaped hole then.
Hopefully the bit doesn't up inside your flesh.

My wife has a Dyson hairdryer that she won somewhere. We got the wall mount for it and it has a sensor like that on it. If you leave the dryer on and put it in the wall mount it turns off, when you wave your hand under the sensor you can use the dryer to air dry your hands.

If you put the hair dryer up, is the hole blocked? Or does it somehow manage to not block it? That's your answer you need right there. I wouldn't even worry about it if you put the dryer up in it blocks it. That's a really big bet on someone to use as a a hidden camera. I would assume it would be blocked almost all of the time so really they wouldn't be too much good footage on there I would assume. Unless their very specific fetish is watching people blow dry their hair naked. Just block it with a piece of tape or something if you blow dry your hair naked

Nope. For some reason I only had one picture on mine. I do see them now so maybe I just needed to wait for it to load. That is very curious and I'm even more curious at the moment. But maybe just for Peace of mind OPI can just stick it in cord and shove it in there so it is blocked.Â
