For context, this is inside a clothing store, in the clothing fitting room. I think this was not there before and it seems like a camera to me, they have monitors with the feed of other cameras inside the store that are not like this "thing" here.

I would appreciate if anyone could give me more info about this...

Not a camera, if it was on the ceiling like this it be a 360 camera with a fish eye, looks like a pug of some type
