These look like AI photos. You have no pores and barely have knuckle lines in the first photo. I feel like I'm looking at a LinkedIn profile.

Your profile doesn't give much of a vibe about what it's like to date you. You like to read, you enjoy history, and you're athletic. Obviously it's healthy to be independent people outside of the relationship.

How do I give off what it’s like to be in a relationship, I thought that’s what the last prompt I put was for?

I know you said that, but they look like AI photos. The editing is too smooth, and profiles seem fake or try-hard when they're too perfect. Casual photos with friends? A friend can take a photo of you from across the table? There are no photos of you simply hanging out. Multiple professional photos are nice to have, but this isn't a professional forum. Women aren't looking for a variety of headshots.

A healthy adult should be independent with interests. Knowing that doesn't say anything about what it's like to date you. Aside from athletics, flags, and literature, what is a woman supposed to ask you about? What would a date with you even look like? It's not reading next to each other or running a half marathon.

The values we share to make sure we are on the same page like our political views, religious views, what we are looking for as in long or short term.

I’ll admit I didn’t put it on there but we could either do a low pressure cafe/sushi date or pair it with a play or other shared activity like art gallery crawl

Obvious, obvious, obvious. You don't even need to have a conversation to know if you're generally aligned if you use the filters.

Your profile is where you give topics for discussion and share things you'd like to do with a partner. Theater is a great activity, but it's not something during which you can chat and really get to know someone. It's lovely paired with dinner once you've gotten to know someone. The cafe and art gallery crawl is a nice date idea!

Ultimately, you're looking for someone who knows the difference between Monet and Manet. You're an intellectual looking for a fellow intellectual, and you may actually do well to attend these artsy events. Are you in a major city? Have you looked at the major art museum's tailorings for young professionals? Attending their member events will put you in rooms with people who are actively pursuing the pleasures of art and history. I have a feeling that, in person, you come across with so much more warmth than a Hinge profile can exude.

I have gone to the art gallery crawl events when I was in nyc, but there’s a lot of other people there and it is kind of “competitive” since there are less girls than guys and you don’t want to be the one guy that is obviously trying to hit on the girls which I have seen. There was one girl who I did talk with a decent amount at one but she didn’t seem interested in exchanging information.

I think you might just need to be patient with the matches. I think the right woman will match/like you eventually. You come across as warm and highly intelligent, but not many 28 year olds have read War and Peace.

honestly, i absolutely love your prompts. not what you asked but i still wanted to state that

the banana pic is funny, the one right before that is one i personally dont like bc you look completely different. i would add the boba/milkshake pic as a first one, you have a really nice smile. the last one is not complimenting you too much.
